Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tarefay, operated by Mendes Pedro Joaquim. By creating an account or using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Use of the platform is permitted for people aged 16 or older, always subject to applicable legal requirements of Moçambique.
3. User account
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for the security of their access credentials. Accounts may not be created or used for fraudulent purposes or to obtain improper advantages.
4. Tasks
Tasks available on the platform may have specific requirements determined by the relevant provider. Completing a task does not automatically guarantee a reward. Rewards depend on applicable validation and fulfillment of the stated requirements.
5. Rewards
Rewards are recorded according to received information and the validation mechanisms applicable to each task. Certain amounts may remain temporarily unavailable while validation is pending.
6. Reversals
When a provider reverses a reward or identifies invalid activity, Tarefay may place the relevant amount under review. Where necessary, the platform may temporarily suspend the availability of the amount while the case is reviewed.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the platform's validation and security procedures. Tarefay may review a request before processing it, particularly where there are signs of irregular activity.
8. Prohibited activities
It is prohibited to use the platform for fraud, task manipulation, unauthorized automation, exploitation of vulnerabilities, creating accounts for improper advantages, falsifying information or any illegal activity.
9. Suspension and termination
Tarefay may limit, suspend or terminate an account when there is a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse or a risk to platform security.
10. Disputes
Issues related to tasks, rewards, reversals or account activity will be handled through the mechanisms made available by the platform.
11. Service availability
We seek to keep the platform available and functional, but do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free from errors, interruptions or failures.
12. Changes to the terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary. The version published on the platform will be the current version.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Moçambique.
