Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tarefay. By creating an account, accessing or using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

If the user does not agree with these Terms, they should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the platform is intended for people aged 16 or older, subject to applicable legal requirements in Moçambique.

Some tasks may have additional age, country, location, device or other eligibility requirements. Users are responsible for checking and complying with the requirements displayed for each task.

3. User account

Users must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information when creating or using an account.

Each person must use only their own account. Creating or using multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, bypass restrictions or gain any other improper advantage is prohibited.

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for activity performed through their account.

4. Tasks

Tarefay provides online tasks and opportunities that may change over time. Each task may have specific requirements, instructions, eligibility conditions, deadlines and reward information.

Users must read and follow the instructions provided before and while completing each task.

The availability of a task does not mean that it is available to every user. Availability may depend on criteria defined for the specific task.

5. Task completion and proof

When a task requires proof of completion, users must provide truthful, complete information related to the activity performed.

Submitting false, manipulated or improperly reused proof, or proof unrelated to the completed task, is prohibited.

Submitting a task does not mean that it has been approved. The activity may be reviewed before any reward is made available.

6. Rewards

Rewards are defined according to the conditions applicable to each task and are recorded after the relevant validation processes.

Tarefay does not guarantee a minimum amount of earnings, a specific number of available tasks or that completing a task will necessarily result in a reward.

A reward may remain pending while the activity is being reviewed or while required information or validation is pending.

7. Provider validation

Certain tasks are subject to validation by providers or partners responsible for the relevant opportunity.

A provider may review the completed activity and determine whether the applicable requirements were met.

When a provider identifies an abnormality, invalid activity, failure to meet requirements, suspicious behavior or another condition that makes the activity ineligible, the reward may be rejected, cancelled or reversed.

8. Reward reversals and cancellations

A reward that was previously recorded or made available may later be placed under review, cancelled or reversed when information or activity is identified that justifies such action.

This may occur, among other situations, when a provider rejects or reverses an activity, when abnormalities are identified or when task conditions have been violated.

Where necessary, Tarefay may adjust the account balance to reflect a reward that was subsequently determined to be invalid.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the requirements, limits, fees, verification procedures and methods made available by Tarefay at the time of the request.

A withdrawal request may be reviewed before processing, particularly where there are signs of irregular activity, inconsistencies or other security concerns.

Tarefay does not guarantee a specific processing time when a request is subject to additional checks or conditions imposed by the selected payment method.

10. Referral program

The referral program allows users to share their referral link with other people.

When someone registers through a referral link, the referral may be associated with the account according to the system rules.

The referral reward is defined by the system and is only credited when the referred user completes the required verification conditions. Simply visiting the link or registering does not guarantee a reward.

11. Prohibited activities

Using Tarefay for fraud, abuse, task manipulation, falsifying information or proof, exploiting vulnerabilities or engaging in illegal activity is prohibited.

Using bots, scripts, unauthorized automation or other methods to complete tasks, manipulate results or obtain improper advantages is also prohibited.

Users may not attempt to bypass country, location, device, eligibility, limit or other restrictions applicable to a task.

VPNs, proxies or similar technologies may be restricted when used to hide or manipulate location, bypass requirements or obtain an improper advantage.

12. Security and verification

Tarefay may perform technical and security checks to protect the platform, users and partners against fraud, abuse and other irregular activity.

These checks may consider information related to the account, platform activity, device, IP address, approximate location and other relevant technical or behavioral signals.

Tarefay may request additional information or perform additional checks when necessary to assess an activity, reward, withdrawal or other transaction.

13. Suspension and termination

Tarefay may limit, suspend or terminate an account when there are indications of a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, irregular activity or a risk to platform security.

Depending on the situation, tasks may also be rejected, rewards may be cancelled or reversed, or other measures may be applied to protect the platform and its users.

Where permitted and appropriate, Tarefay may conduct a review before making a final decision regarding certain activities.

14. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for using the platform lawfully, honestly and in accordance with these Terms, task instructions and any additional conditions provided.

Users should review task information before completing it and should not start an activity if they cannot meet its requirements.

Users are also responsible for keeping their account secure and reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity related to their account through the available support channels.

15. Issues and disputes

Issues concerning tasks, rewards, referrals, withdrawals or account activity should be reported through the support channels provided by Tarefay.

When an issue relates to a provider's decision or validation, its resolution may depend on the information and criteria provided by that provider.

Submitting a complaint does not guarantee that a validation decision or reward will be changed.

16. Service availability

We seek to keep Tarefay available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from errors, interruptions, technical failures or third-party service outages.

Tasks, features, payment methods and other parts of the platform may be added, changed, suspended or removed over time.

17. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, content, visual elements, trademarks, text, interfaces and other materials provided by Tarefay are protected by applicable rights and may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without authorization.

Completing tasks does not grant users ownership rights over the platform, its brand or its materials.

18. Third-party services and content

The platform may provide links, tasks, services or content related to third parties. Tarefay does not necessarily control these services, and their use may be subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.

Requirements, results or decisions made by third-party services may be outside Tarefay's direct control.

19. Disclaimer of guarantees

Tarefay is provided based on available services and opportunities and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or continuous availability of particular tasks.

Tarefay does not guarantee earnings, income, the number of available tasks, approval of activities or any specific reward amount.

Results obtained by users depend on available tasks, their requirements, the activity performed and the applicable validation processes.

20. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to the platform, services, rules or applicable legal requirements.

The version published on the platform will be the current version. Continued use of Tarefay after a change means that the user remains subject to the updated Terms.

21. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Moçambique, without prejudice to rights or protections that may apply to users under mandatory laws of their jurisdiction.
